As a Customer Success Representative, your job is to assist and engage customers throughout the buyer's journey and increase customer conversion rates.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in the planning, organization, and implementation of promotions and initiative that lead to customer success and engagement with our product.
  • Use various technologies to onboard and communicate with Memberpress customers, while also ensuring that our product is implemented successfully.
  • Constantly seek opportunities to promote our products to customers.
  • Pay attention to and make note of opportunities for improvement within the company or product, based upon customer feedback.
  • Work with our Support, Development, and Growth teams to ensure that customers' comments, concerns, and suggestions are being heard.
  • Search for, collect, and share customer success stories for our marketing campaigns

Qualifications

  • Experience in analyzing and working with Customer and industry trends
  • Understanding of product attributes and features
  • Knowledge of customer success best practices
  • Awareness of the customer journey for our product(s) and conversion optimization strategies
  • Self-driven work ethic. You need to be a self-starter who loves taking initiative and seeing things through to completion. We have a small team so each member has a lot of responsibility and a lot of involvement in the direction our company takes.
    The ability to iterate and ship ideas quickly, with loose (at best) direction.
  • Team spirit. Creative ideas and active involvement with the team are vital to the growth of our company. We need team members who are able to take criticism, collaborate with others, and effectively communicate.
  • A reliable work environment. We are a remote team, so you'll need a reliable high-speed internet connection in your home/office.
