Before understanding how to expire a user\u2019s access to your site\u2019s protected content, you need to understand how MemberPress grants access to your users.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dies mag allzu simpel erscheinen, aber es ist wichtig zu verstehen!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MemberPress gew\u00e4hrt Ihren Nutzern Zugriff auf Ihre gesch\u00fctzten Inhalte, wenn sie eine abgeschlossene, aktive (d. h. nicht abgelaufene) Transaktion f\u00fcr die richtige Mitgliedschaft haben.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, with that basic understanding, below you will find instructions on how to expire or revoke access to MemberPress\u2019 two types of subscriptions.
Hinweis: Diese Anweisungen gelten f\u00fcr\u00a0dauerhaft\u00a0<\/strong>den Zugang f\u00fcr das gew\u00fcnschte Abonnement zu sperren, aber der Nutzer kann sich dennoch erneut f\u00fcr dieselbe oder eine andere Mitgliedschaft anmelden.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\tWichtiger Hinweis: <\/strong>The instructions below will NOT work if the user\u2019s subscription is still within it\u2019s first 24 hours. If that is the case and you want to revoke access, you need to simply delete the user\u2019s subscription and associated transactions as applicable.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Automatisch wiederkehrende Abonnements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Schritt 1: Das Abonnement k\u00fcndigen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

To cancel the user\u2019s subscription, simply follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigieren Sie zur Seite WordPress Dashboard > MemberPress > Abonnements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Make sure that you are in the \u2018Recurring\u2019 tab (Non-Recurring subscriptions cannot be cancelled).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Suchen Sie das Abonnement mit Hilfe der Suchfunktion auf der Seite oder durch Bl\u00e4ttern.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Hover over the unique Subscription ID for the Subscription in the \u2018Subscription\u2019 column.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie die\u00a0richtig\u00a0<\/em>Abonnement (dieser Vorgang ist nicht umkehrbar).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click the \u2018Cancel\u2019 Link.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Click \u2018OK\u2019 on the Pop-up after verifying you are cancelling the correct subscription.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Helpful hint: if you would like to refund the user\u2019s latest transaction AND cancel their subscription at the same time, please checkout the steps outlined\u00a0hier<\/a> in the \u2018Through the Subscriptions Page\u2019 subsection (click the\u00a0\u2018Refund & Cancel\u2019 link in step 5 instead of clicking the \u2018Refund\u2019 link \u2013 doing this will mean not needing to follow the refund process explained below on this page).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Refunding or Editing the User\u2019s Latest Transaction<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    2. Again, make sure that you are in the \u2018Recurring\u2019 tab\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    4. Hover over the unique Subscription ID for the Subscription in the \u2018Subscription\u2019 column.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    6. Click the \u2018View Txns\u2019 Link.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Hover over the unique\u00a0Transaction\u00a0ID for the Transaction you would like to refund in the \u2018Transaction\u2019 column.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Click the \u2018Refund\u2019\u00a0Link.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    9. Click \u2018OK\u2019 on the Pop-up after verifying you are refunding the correct subscription.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      If you don\u2019t want to offer a refund, then please simply follow these steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Navigieren Sie zur Seite WordPress Dashboard > MemberPress > Abonnements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Again, make sure that you are in the \u2018Recurring\u2019 tab\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
