Ich wurde von vielen anderen Betreibern von Mitglieder-Websites gecoacht und habe mit ihnen zusammengearbeitet, und ich habe herausgefunden, was sie alle gemeinsam zu haben scheinen. Darin erkl\u00e4rt er, wie man Systeme und Verfahren schreibt, denen andere folgen sollen. Die Person befolgt Ihre Systeme und erzielt die gleichen Ergebnisse. Wenn etwas passiert, das nicht in Ihren Verfahren (nennen wir es Ihr Betriebshandbuch) enthalten ist, erg\u00e4nzen Sie diese. Wenn eine Person dagegen verst\u00f6\u00dft, k\u00f6nnen Sie sie auf das Handbuch verweisen oder entsprechende Ma\u00dfnahmen ergreifen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dank eines Betriebshandbuchs kann McDonald's Teenager ohne jegliche Erfahrung einstellen und jedes Mal das gleiche Produkt herstellen. Ray Crock kaufte das System von den McDonald-Br\u00fcdern. Er war nicht so sehr an den Burgern interessiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ihre Systeme k\u00f6nnen Videos, Arbeitsmappen, PowerPoint-Pr\u00e4sentationen oder was auch immer Sie wollen sein. Ich gebe meinem virtuellen Team Zugang zu meinen Systemen, wenn sie anfangen, mit mir zu arbeiten, und ich entziehe ihnen den Zugang, wenn sie mich aus irgendeinem Grund verlassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beginnen Sie mit kleinen Aufgaben, z. Google sheets let you easily create graphs and pie charts so you can see it all visually.
