\n\t Este documento explica c\u00f3mo un usuario puede actualizar su informaci\u00f3n de pago si tiene un pago fallido al pagar a trav\u00e9s de PayPal o simplemente a\u00f1adir una nueva opci\u00f3n de pago para cargar una tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito diferente.<\/p>\n

Primeros pasos<\/h3>\n

\n\t Lo primero que tiene que hacer el usuario es acceder a su cuenta y hacer clic en la pesta\u00f1a Suscripciones. Ver\u00e1 un enlace Actualizar junto a su suscripci\u00f3n. Una vez pulsado, se le pedir\u00e1 que inicie sesi\u00f3n en su cuenta PayPal.<\/p>\n

\n\t Otra opci\u00f3n ser\u00eda simplemente acceder a su cuenta PayPal sin pasar por la p\u00e1gina de su cuenta.<\/p>\n

A\u00f1adir una nueva opci\u00f3n de pago<\/h3>\n

\n\t Una vez que haya iniciado sesi\u00f3n en PayPal, el miembro har\u00e1 clic en la pesta\u00f1a \u201cCartera\u201d en la parte superior de la p\u00e1gina y, a continuaci\u00f3n, har\u00e1 clic en el enlace \u00abVincular una tarjeta de d\u00e9bito o cr\u00e9dito\u00bb:<\/p>\n

\n\t En la p\u00e1gina siguiente, har\u00e1n clic en el enlace Tarjeta de d\u00e9bito o cr\u00e9dito:<\/p>\n

\n\t They should see the subscription they are signed up for that they want to change the credit card payment. If the subscription isn\u2019t showing up under the \u201cShow Active\u201d option then they may need to check in the \u201cShow Inactive\u201d\u00a0to see if it shows up. They will then click on the subscription.<\/p>\n

\n\t <\/p>\n

\n\t Once the subscription is pulled up, they should see their current payment details. There should be a blue pencil with a square around it next to the credit card number in the Payment Method field. If it isn\u2019t there, then PayPal has cancelled the subscription due to too many failed payment attempts. If this is the case then the user can login to their account page on your site and click on the Subscriptions tab. They can then click on the re-subscribe link next to the cancelled subscription to signup again as it\u2019s not possible to restart a PayPal subscription once it\u2019s been cancelled:<\/p>\n
