Si tiene suscripciones activas en su cuenta Stripe existente conectada con MemberPress pero necesita cambiar la cuenta por cualquier motivo manteniendo esas suscripciones, lamentablemente no puede conectar MemberPress a su nueva cuenta Stripe y esperar que todo siga funcionando sin m\u00e1s. You first need to contact Stripe and ask them to move the data from your old account to your new account \u2013 https:\/\/support.stripe.com\/questions\/copy-existing-account-data-to-a-new-stripe-account<\/a>.<\/p>\n

After Stripe completes that part, you'd need to recreate the subscriptions in your new account \u2013 https:\/\/support.stripe.com\/questions\/recreate-subscriptions-and-plans-after-moving-to-a-new-stripe-account<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Now, you need to update existing subscriptions in the MemberPress > Subscriptions section and replace the current sub_xxxxxxxxx with the new ones from Stripe. That's necessary because, according to Stripe documentation, the new subscriptions will have new sub_xxxxxxxxx IDs. If you don't have many subscriptions, you can do it manually, one by one, from the MemberPress > Subscriptions section.<\/p>\n
