They are fully supported with the cart on or off, now and going forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Enabling the cart changes nothing about your existing products by itself:<\/p>\n\n\n\n The choice is also not all-or-nothing. Each membership product can sell through the cart or keep its own registration page. Digital products sell through the cart only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can enable the cart, test it, and turn it off again while no cart orders exist. Your checkout settings are saved while the cart is off. They are restored when you enable it again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Once a customer completes the first cart purchase, the cart can no longer be disabled. Test the cart on a staging site first if you are unsure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Keep one more limitation in mind. Digital products sell through the cart only, so customers cannot purchase them while it is off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The cart is designed for sites that sell more than one thing at a time.
