Pero, como ocurre con todo lo relacionado con la gesti\u00f3n de una empresa -y con todo lo que tiene que ver con las redes sociales-, hay algunas cosas que se deben y no se deben hacer cuando se trata de utilizar bots de redes sociales y otras herramientas de automatizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Social_Media_Automation\"><\/span><b>Automatizaci\u00f3n de redes sociales<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En caso de que llegues tarde a la fiesta, aqu\u00ed tienes un breve resumen: la automatizaci\u00f3n de las redes sociales es cuando utilizas software -o herramientas- para programar y publicar contenido en tus plataformas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este software agiliza la programaci\u00f3n, la selecci\u00f3n y la publicaci\u00f3n en las redes sociales. Tambi\u00e9n te ofrece \u00fatiles informes de an\u00e1lisis y m\u00e9tricas para que puedas ver el rendimiento de tus publicaciones y su repercusi\u00f3n en el p\u00fablico.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por supuesto, hay cosas que no se pueden hacer con herramientas de automatizaci\u00f3n. Y hay cosas que <i>no deber\u00eda<\/i> con la automatizaci\u00f3n.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las herramientas de automatizaci\u00f3n de redes sociales no pueden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Entablar conversaciones significativas con los seguidores<\/li><li>Publica el contenido m\u00e1s nuevo, fresco y emocionante (es decir, puede cargar nuevas sugerencias para ti, pero a\u00fan tienes que elegir qu\u00e9 compartir y cu\u00e1ndo).<\/li><li>Crear contenidos para usted<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas y otras actividades esenciales para que las redes sociales sean productivas deben ser realizadas por personas que comprendan el prop\u00f3sito, los objetivos y las necesidades de su sitio de afiliaci\u00f3n. Despu\u00e9s de todo, uno de los principales objetivos de las redes sociales es conectar con la gente a un nivel m\u00e1s personal.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Some_Bots_Are_Bad\"><\/span><b>(Algunos) robots son malos<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los componentes de la automatizaci\u00f3n de las redes sociales son los bots. Los bots son partes de software -algoritmos- que utilizan inteligencia artificial para realizar diversas tareas. Estas tareas pueden consistir en recopilar informaci\u00f3n e interactuar con miembros, clientes y seguidores.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los bots que se utilizan en las plataformas de redes sociales y las herramientas de automatizaci\u00f3n son como asistentes virtuales en miniatura -piensa en los chatbots- que pueden ayudarte a llevar a cabo tus campa\u00f1as sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los chatbots pueden ayudarle a proporcionar un servicio de atenci\u00f3n al cliente sencillo y r\u00e1pido, guiar a los miembros a trav\u00e9s del proceso de venta e incluso ofrecer productos espec\u00edficos basados en su avatar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, los bots pueden da\u00f1ar tu presencia en las redes sociales e incluso tu negocio (\u00a1por no hablar de invitar al malware a tu ordenador!). En la presencia en l\u00ednea en general, un bot malicioso puede causar da\u00f1os importantes recopilando contrase\u00f1as, registrando pulsaciones de teclas e incluso recopilando informaci\u00f3n financiera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se ha demostrado que los bots pueden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/politics\/2019\/11\/20\/are-bots-manipulating-conversation-heres-whats-changed-since\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">influir en los trending topics<\/a> en las plataformas de medios sociales, persuadiendo eficazmente las opiniones de usuarios humanos reales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los bots pueden dar \"me gusta\", seguir y comentar en las redes sociales de otros usuarios, lo que puede parecer una funci\u00f3n muy \u00fatil. Pero como no son humanos, los bots no entienden el contexto humano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puede que les guste, sigan o retuiteen un hashtag que han sido programados para seguir y que no refleja necesariamente los ideales de su marca o sus valores personales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n pueden seguir cuentas que no son necesariamente su p\u00fablico objetivo o avatar de cliente. Esto puede provocar una desconexi\u00f3n con tus seguidores, algunos de los cuales te ha costado mucho conseguir.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y hay otra cosa de la que hay que tener especial cuidado: los robots que crean cuentas falsas o roban la identidad online de otras personas para promover el spam o forman parte de los paquetes de \"compra X cantidad de seguidores\" que ofrecen empresas sospechosas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los seguidores de esas cuentas son bots y s\u00f3lo sirven para inflar el n\u00famero de seguidores. Es una situaci\u00f3n de cantidad sobre calidad en la que gastas dinero para conseguir seguidores pero ninguno de esos miles de seguidores compra nunca tu producto.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2017, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2017\/06\/06\/business\/media\/instagram-bots.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Instagram empez\u00f3 a tomar medidas en\u00e9rgicas<\/a> sobre empresas que ofrec\u00edan (por un precio, claro) seguidores, me gusta y comentarios falsos en su plataforma. El sitio <i>New York Times <\/i>public\u00f3 un<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/interactive\/2018\/01\/27\/technology\/social-media-bots.html?module=inline\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> art\u00edculo en profundidad<\/a> en 2018 sobre el \"mercado negro\" de los bots de las redes sociales y los seguidores falsos.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No estamos diciendo que debas tener miedo de usar bots -en concreto, bots de chat-, pero ten cuidado con los bots que tengan un comportamiento desagradable. Es importante que investigues a fondo los bots que vas a utilizar (y con los que vas a interactuar) y que recuerdes que los mejores son aquellos que <i>asista a<\/i> usted, no pretender <i>sea<\/i> a ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenga siempre presente que lo que realmente importa es la calidad de los seguidores, m\u00e1s que la cantidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Se\u00f1ales de advertencia<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n encontrar\u00e1s una lista de cosas a tener en cuenta cuando se trata de bots malos o de aquellos que utilizan bots de forma poco profesional y\/o poco \u00e9tica:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cuentas falsas: las que te ofrecen seguidores por un precio, o las que te siguen (\u00a1no te comprometas!)<\/li><li>Falsos seguidores o popularidad: quienes se ofrecen a aumentar tu n\u00famero de seguidores, retuitear en tu nombre o dar likes o comentarios a tus publicaciones a cambio de un precio.<\/li><li>Atacantes de la competencia: bots que acosan a sus competidores d\u00e1ndoles malas cr\u00edticas o que realizan otras pr\u00e1cticas comerciales poco \u00e9ticas e ileg\u00edtimas.<\/li><li>Propagandistas: la advertencia anterior de que los bots pueden retuitear algo en tu nombre si est\u00e1n programados para seguir un hashtag puede ser contraproducente si retuitean algo que puede contribuir a la propagaci\u00f3n incontrolada de noticias falsas.<\/li><li>El uso de demasiados bots: no olvide que las redes sociales son una forma de conectar con los miembros y seguidores a nivel personal y que el uso de demasiados bots crea una desconexi\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Create_Legitimate_and_Safe_Bots\"><\/span><b>Crear bots leg\u00edtimos y seguros<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si buscas un lugar seguro para crear tu propio bot, prueba a utilizar <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.facebook.com\/docs\/messenger-platform\/getting-started\/quick-start\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Facebook Messenger<\/a> para construir el primero. Y no deje de consultar <a href=\"https:\/\/chatfuel.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Chatfuel<\/a>ya que es la plataforma de chatbot l\u00edder en el mundo, utilizada por empresas tan conocidas como Adidas, HTC y JustEat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/conversable.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Conversable<\/a> es una plataforma de mensajer\u00eda autom\u00e1tica y asistentes de voz. La propia Facebook es cliente, al igual que el gigante de la alimentaci\u00f3n Pizza Hut y varias cadenas de supermercados y tiendas de comestibles, como Whole Foods y 7-Eleven.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><i>Aunque te hemos mostrado lo malo de los bots automatizados de las redes sociales, tambi\u00e9n te hemos ense\u00f1ado c\u00f3mo se pueden utilizar para hacer el bien.
