{"id":19241,"date":"2019-09-05T09:30:31","date_gmt":"2019-09-05T15:30:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/memberpress.com\/?p=19241"},"modified":"2019-09-30T09:46:20","modified_gmt":"2019-09-30T15:46:20","slug":"sca-and-your-membership-business-the-nitty-gritty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/memberpress.com\/es\/blog\/sca-and-your-membership-business-the-nitty-gritty\/","title":{"rendered":"SCA y su negocio de afiliaci\u00f3n: Los detalles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Por si a\u00fan no lo sab\u00edas, a partir de este mes entrar\u00e1 en vigor en toda Europa una nueva normativa para la autenticaci\u00f3n de pagos en l\u00ednea denominada \u00abAutenticaci\u00f3n fuerte del cliente\u00bb (SCA), como parte de la Segunda Directiva sobre Servicios de Pago (PSD2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Si eres un comerciante con sede en Europa, tu sitio de membres\u00eda deber\u00e1 cumplir con la normativa SCA. MemberPress es compatible con la SCA en su nueva versi\u00f3n 1.6.0, por lo que, si eres uno de nuestros clientes de la UE, solo tienes que actualizar el software y cumplir\u00e1s con la normativa\u2026 \u00a1autom\u00e1ticamente!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En este art\u00edculo, desglosaremos los aspectos m\u00e1s destacados de esta nueva normativa, c\u00f3mo afectar\u00e1 a su negocio de afiliaci\u00f3n y c\u00f3mo garantizar la seguridad de sus transacciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>En primer lugar, \u00bfqu\u00e9 es exactamente el SCA?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La SCA (autenticaci\u00f3n reforzada de clientes) es una nueva normativa europea que se ha puesto en marcha para que los pagos en l\u00ednea sean m\u00e1s seguros y menos propensos al fraude. El 14 de septiembre de 2019, cuando entre en vigor la normativa, si eres un comerciante europeo y vendes a un cliente europeo, este deber\u00e1 pasar por un nivel adicional de autenticaci\u00f3n al finalizar la compra en tu sitio web de membres\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00bfImpactar\u00e1 esto a todos los sitios web de afiliaci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Esta nueva normativa no afectar\u00e1 a todos los sitios de afiliaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><br>SCA S\u00d3LO afectar\u00e1 a su negocio de afiliaci\u00f3n si:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tiene pagos en l\u00ednea \"iniciados por el cliente\" dentro de Europa.<\/li><li>Si el banco de su empresa est\u00e1 situado en el Espacio Econ\u00f3mico Europeo (EEE).<\/li><li>Si el banco\/tarjeta del cliente est\u00e1 situado en el EEE.<\/li><li>Si los pagos con tarjeta se realizan por Internet.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Exenciones SCA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He aqu\u00ed algunos casos en los que el SCA no es necesario:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Transacciones iniciadas por el comerciante<\/strong> - Pagos realizados con tarjetas guardadas.<\/li><li><strong>Transacciones peri\u00f3dicas fijas y suscripciones<\/strong> - Mientras el importe del pago siga siendo el mismo (como es t\u00edpico en un sitio de afiliaci\u00f3n), las transacciones futuras no necesitar\u00e1n SCA. Si el importe del pago cambia, entonces ser\u00e1 necesaria la autenticaci\u00f3n SCA adicional.<\/li><li><strong>Transacciones inferiores a 30 euros<\/strong> - Mant\u00e9ngase por debajo de 30 euros y estar\u00e1 exento, a menos que se realicen cinco o m\u00e1s pagos inferiores a 30 euros, o si una serie de pagos inferiores suman m\u00e1s de 100 euros.<\/li><li><strong>Pagos por tel\u00e9fono<\/strong> \u2013 Si recopilas los datos de la tarjeta de un cliente por tel\u00e9fono, podr\u00eda tratarse de una excepci\u00f3n a la SCA y no ser\u00e1 necesaria la autenticaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li><strong>Pagos a empresas<\/strong> - Los pagos entre dos empresas directamente est\u00e1n exentos de SCA S\u00d3LO SI el m\u00e9todo es un m\u00e9todo B2B espec\u00edfico, como un sistema de compras corporativo.<\/li><li><strong>Transferencias<\/strong> - Transferencias realizadas entre una cuenta corriente y una cuenta de ahorro del mismo banco controlada por la misma persona.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El proceso<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando cree una suscripci\u00f3n de UE a UE, el cliente tendr\u00e1 que completar un inicio de sesi\u00f3n 3D Secure 2, que se pondr\u00e1 en marcha este a\u00f1o.  Esto a\u00f1ade un paso adicional despu\u00e9s del pago en el que el banco pedir\u00e1 al cliente\/titular de la tarjeta que facilite informaci\u00f3n adicional para completar el pago. Esta autenticaci\u00f3n puede consistir en un c\u00f3digo de confirmaci\u00f3n que se env\u00eda una sola vez al tel\u00e9fono o en una autenticaci\u00f3n por correo electr\u00f3nico.) Esta ser\u00e1 la principal forma de autenticar los pagos en l\u00ednea con tarjeta y de cumplir los requisitos de la SCA. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si falla el pago de una suscripci\u00f3n, la pasarela enviar\u00e1 un correo electr\u00f3nico al cliente para que complete otra autenticaci\u00f3n segura 3D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00bfEs bueno o malo para las empresas de afiliaci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00ed, este proceso puede parecer confuso y abrumador, pero, en general, no es tan complicado como podr\u00eda parecer en el caso de los sitios web de membres\u00eda.
