Doing so, MemberPress automatically creates a URL where users can access all of your online courses. It\u2019s like an archive page that has a list of all your content.<\/p>\n\n\n\nBy enabling the Include<\/strong> in Course Listing<\/strong> option, you are technically telling MemberPress to include this course you\u2019ve just created in your list of courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\nOf course, the course page also has to be included in your main menu (Appearance > <\/strong>Menus) if you want it to be seen by your users.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThen, the following field you see is for your Sales Page<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\nIf you are selling your online course, you\u2019ll want your users to take some additional steps. For instance, subscribe to a membership plan, or pay a one-time fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\nWhatever the case may be, you\u2019ll want to direct them to an action page. <\/p>\n\n\n\nThis is where you\u2019ll include the URL of the page where users should be directed to access your course. It can be a registration page, a membership plan page, or something else.<\/p>\n\n\n\nIf you already have a membership plan page ready, head over to MemberPress > Memberships to copy the URL to include the link here.<\/p>\n\n\n\nMoving on, how do we restrict access to our courses? <\/p>\n\n\n\nIt\u2019s simple. It can be just about anything.<\/p>\n\n\n\nSelect an option from the Protected Content drop-down menu, such as: All Pages<\/strong>, A Single Page<\/strong>, All Courses<\/strong>, Courses with Course Tag<\/strong>, and more. <\/p>\n\n\n\nSelect one that you feel is appropriate for the rule being created.<\/p>\n\n\n\nConsidering you\u2019d like to create a rule based on the tag, select the appropriate option, i.e., Courses with Course Tag<\/strong>. Here, a field opens up where you can include the tag you created while creating the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\nProceed to Access Conditions<\/strong> and grant access to either membership plans or individual members. You\u2019ll need to ensure the user purchases one of your plans to proceed and access your courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\nWe have got a detailed article on <a href=\"https:\/\/memberpress.com\/blog\/online-membership-site-wordpress\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">How to Build an Online Membership Site Using WordPress<\/a>, in which we cover how to add a membership plan, integrate payments, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\nNevertheless, we\u2019ll cover a few details here.<\/p>\n\n\n\nBefore you even start creating your membership plans, it\u2019s essential to be clear of the plans you\u2019d like to create.<\/p>\n\n\n\nFor instance, you could create plans such as Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Or maybe even monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscription plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\nOnce you have it all planned out, head over to MemberPress > <\/strong>Memberships and click on Add New<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\nGive the membership plan a name.
