He visto a demasiados tecn\u00f3logos y emprendedores independientes fracasar en sus negocios porque se dedicaban a perseguir la moneda brillante sin terminar lo que ya hab\u00edan empezado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A veces, evitar la moneda reluciente puede implicar atenerse a una metodolog\u00eda m\u00e1s probada y verdadera en lugar de correr hacia la \u00faltima tecnolog\u00eda de moda. Cuando tengo una idea, la escribo y vuelvo a ella m\u00e1s tarde en lugar de interrumpir lo que est\u00e9 haciendo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando termino las tareas del d\u00eda, vuelvo a la lista y me pongo a estudiar la \u00faltima idea en detalle. Puede que incluso le dedique medio d\u00eda. Despu\u00e9s de dedicar un tiempo considerable a desarrollarla con la cabeza despejada, suelo ser capaz de determinar cu\u00e1nto tiempo, esfuerzo y gastos me llevar\u00e1 realmente y decidir si sigo o no adelante con la idea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hay algo en el mero hecho de plasmar mis ideas de negocio en papel y sacarlas de mi cerebro que me ayuda a centrarme en la tarea que tengo entre manos y me impide tomar decisiones precipitadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sometimes_You_can_Embrace_the_Shiny_Coin\"><\/span>A veces se puede abrazar la moneda brillante<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A veces <em>es<\/em> Est\u00e1 bien \u201cdar un giro\u201d a tu negocio, cambiar por completo lo que est\u00e1s haciendo o sustituir por completo todo tu sistema inform\u00e1tico. Sin embargo, por lo general, deber\u00edas pens\u00e1rtelo muy bien antes de realizar cambios tan dr\u00e1sticos. Pueden resultar muy costosos y llevar mucho tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Algunas razones para llevar a cabo un cambio radical en tu empresa podr\u00edan ser que tu sistema utilice tecnolog\u00eda obsoleta y su mantenimiento te suponga demasiado tiempo o dinero, o que tu modelo de negocio ya no funcione en absoluto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Son razones extremas pero excelentes para plantearse un gran cambio en el funcionamiento de su empresa. Considere si el retorno de la inversi\u00f3n (en t\u00e9rminos de tiempo, dinero y esfuerzo) merecer\u00e1 la pena. Hable con sus colegas y clientes, y vea lo que tienen que decir al respecto antes de ceder al encanto de la moneda brillante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No hay nada peor que gastarse un mont\u00f3n de dinero y dedicar tres meses a resolver un problema que nadie m\u00e1s ve.
