Une fois le processus de paiement termin\u00e9 et d\u00e8s que MemberPress re\u00e7oit la confirmation du processeur de paiement que le paiement a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s, la transaction passe \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat \u201c termin\u00e9e \u201d dans MemberPress.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, cela se fait presque instantan\u00e9ment. Mais il peut parfois y avoir un d\u00e9calage. C'est pourquoi MemberPress pr\u00e9voit un d\u00e9lai de 24 heures pour que le paiement soit effectu\u00e9. Si les transactions sont toujours en attente apr\u00e8s 24 heures, cela peut indiquer un probl\u00e8me.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a deux raisons principales pour lesquelles une transaction est bloqu\u00e9e en attente par une passerelle :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L'utilisateur n'a pas termin\u00e9 la proc\u00e9dure d'inscription et a abandonn\u00e9 la commande avant d'avoir communiqu\u00e9 ses coordonn\u00e9es bancaires ou,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La configuration de votre passerelle n'est pas correcte.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>En cas d'abandon de l'enregistrement, aucune transaction ni aucun abonnement ne sera cr\u00e9\u00e9 dans le compte de la passerelle concern\u00e9e (par exemple, votre compte PayPal ou votre tableau de bord Stripe).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cas du deuxi\u00e8me probl\u00e8me, la mauvaise configuration de la passerelle, il y aura une transaction (qui peut \u00eatre termin\u00e9e ou \u00e9chou\u00e9e) et\/ou un abonnement dans la passerelle.
