{"id":61526,"date":"2024-02-13T07:38:34","date_gmt":"2024-02-13T12:38:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/memberpress.com\/docs\/why-is-user-unauthorized\/"},"modified":"2024-02-13T17:19:02","modified_gmt":"2024-02-13T22:19:02","slug":"why-is-user-unauthorized","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/memberpress.com\/fr\/docs\/why-is-user-unauthorized\/","title":{"rendered":"Que faire lorsque l'utilisateur ne peut pas acc\u00e9der au contenu ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n\t Si vous constatez que vos utilisateurs signalent qu'ils n'ont pas acc\u00e8s \u00e0 votre contenu prot\u00e9g\u00e9 alors qu'ils pensent qu'ils devraient y avoir acc\u00e8s, il y a plusieurs choses que vous pouvez v\u00e9rifier.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Avant de passer en revue les listes ci-dessous, nous <em>\u00e0 recommander vivement <\/em>en utilisant le <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/user-switching\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Plugin de changement d'utilisateur<\/a> pour v\u00e9rifier l'acc\u00e8s de vos utilisateurs. Il s'agit d'une mani\u00e8re transparente de v\u00e9rifier \u00e0 quoi l'utilisateur a exactement acc\u00e8s sans lui demander son mot de passe.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Apr\u00e8s avoir v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 que l'utilisateur ne peut effectivement pas acc\u00e9der au contenu qu'il devrait, voici deux listes d'\u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier :<\/p>\n<p>\n\t <u><strong>\u00c9l\u00e9ments principaux \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier \u2013 choses que vous devriez pouvoir faire facilement vous-m\u00eame<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>V\u00e9rifiez que l'utilisateur dispose d'un abonnement actif. Cela doit \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 sur la page MemberPress &gt; Abonnements. Dans la colonne \u2018 Actif ', vous verrez appara\u00eetre un \u00ab Oui \u00bb en vert.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e9rifiez que vous avez correctement configur\u00e9 votre r\u00e8gle pour le contenu mentionn\u00e9. Vous devez vous assurer que sur la page d'\u00e9dition de votre r\u00e8gle, vous avez correctement s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 l'adh\u00e9sion que l'utilisateur a achet\u00e9e (ainsi que toutes les autres adh\u00e9sions).<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e9rifiez que la r\u00e8gle prot\u00e9geant le contenu n'est pas assortie d'un d\u00e9lai d'attente ou d'un d\u00e9lai d'expiration. Si l'utilisateur se trouve en dehors de ces fen\u00eatres, il n'aura pas acc\u00e8s au contenu.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e9rifier les conflits de r\u00e8gles comme expliqu\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/memberpress.com\/fr\/docs\/avoiding-rule-conflicts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ici<\/a> \u2013 c'est-\u00e0-dire deux r\u00e8gles prot\u00e9geant le m\u00eame contenu. Le plus souvent, les r\u00e8gles de type \u2018 tout le contenu ', \u2018 toutes les pages ', \u2018 tous les articles ', etc. peuvent provoquer un tel conflit.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Si vous n'avez pas de r\u00e8gles, essayez d'en ajouter une, vous pourrez toujours la supprimer par la suite si le probl\u00e8me est r\u00e9solu. L'utilisateur visite une page prot\u00e9g\u00e9e et un plugin de mise en cache indique au navigateur de mettre cette page en cache (si l'utilisateur la visite \u00e0 l'avenir, il verra la m\u00eame chose que ce qu'il voit maintenant). L'utilisateur se connecte ou s'enregistre, retourne sur la page prot\u00e9g\u00e9e et le navigateur lui montre la version mise en cache de la page au lieu de chercher une nouvelle version maintenant qu'il est connect\u00e9. Ce probl\u00e8me peut g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00eatre r\u00e9solu en d\u00e9sactivant la mise en cache compl\u00e8te du navigateur dans la configuration de votre plugin de mise en cache. Seuls les \u00e9l\u00e9ments statiques tels que CSS, JS, images, polices de caract\u00e8res, etc. doivent \u00eatre mis en cache par le navigateur.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>www vs non-www. Les cookies de connexion WordPress fonctionnent aussi bien sous www que sous non-www \u2014 mais <em>pas pour les deux<\/em>. Ainsi, si l'utilisateur se connecte via une URL www, puis navigue vers une page qui n'est pas www, WordPress le consid\u00e9rera comme d\u00e9connect\u00e9. Pour r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me, il suffit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d'ajouter une redirection .htaccess pour forcer l'une ou l'autre option.<\/li>\n<li>http vs https \u2014 similaire au point ci-dessus, sauf que les cookies de connexion ne fonctionnent que sous http ou https \u2013 <em>mais pas les deux<\/em>. Si l'utilisateur se connecte via https, puis navigue vers une URL http, il sera consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme d\u00e9connect\u00e9. Si vous disposez d'un certificat SSL\/TLS (https) sur votre site, il est recommand\u00e9 de passer enti\u00e8rement \u00e0 https sur l'ensemble du site. Le <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/really-simple-ssl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Plugin SSL vraiment simple<\/a> est id\u00e9al pour cela.
