If you have active subscriptions on your existing Stripe account connected with MemberPress but need to change the account for whatever reason while keeping those subscriptions, you, unfortunately, can\u2019t connect MemberPress to your new Stripe account and expect that everything will simply continue working. There\u2019s a certain procedure you need to follow, which is explained below.<\/p>\n

After Stripe completes that part, you\u2019d need to recreate the subscriptions in your new account \u2013 https:\/\/support.stripe.com\/questions\/recreate-subscriptions-and-plans-after-moving-to-a-new-stripe-account<\/a>.<\/p>\n

When that\u2019s done, those subscriptions will get new sub_xxxxxxxxxx IDs.<\/p>\n

Now, you need to update existing subscriptions in the MemberPress > Subscriptions section and replace the current sub_xxxxxxxxx with the new ones from Stripe. That\u2019s necessary because, according to Stripe documentation, the new subscriptions will have new sub_xxxxxxxxx IDs. If you don\u2019t have many subscriptions, you can do it manually, one by one, from the MemberPress > Subscriptions section.<\/p>\n

If that\u2019s not an option, you can update them by following Migration ou importation d'abonnements r\u00e9currents automatiques<\/a>.<\/p>\n

La mani\u00e8re la plus simple de proc\u00e9der serait d'exporter vos abonnements existants depuis la section MemberPress > Abonnements \u00e0 l'aide du lien \u201c Exporter le tableau au format CSV \u201d situ\u00e9 en bas de page, puis de modifier le fichier, de changer les identifiants d'abonnement et de r\u00e9importer le fichier.<\/p>\n

Veuillez noter que dans ce cas, vous devez disposer de l'option id<\/strong> dans le fichier CSV afin de mettre \u00e0 jour les abonnements existants ou d'en cr\u00e9er de nouveaux :<\/p>\n
