Le 14 septembre 2019, lorsque le r\u00e8glement entrera en vigueur, si vous \u00eates un commer\u00e7ant europ\u00e9en et que vous vendez \u00e0 un client europ\u00e9en, ce dernier disposera d'une couche d'authentification suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 la caisse de votre site d'adh\u00e9sion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Cette mesure aura-t-elle un impact sur tous les sites d'affiliation ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Ce nouveau r\u00e8glement n'affectera pas tous les sites d'affiliation.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><br>Le SCA n'aura d'impact sur vos activit\u00e9s d'adh\u00e9sion que si<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Vous effectuez des paiements en ligne \"\u00e0 l'initiative du client\" en Europe.<\/li><li>Si la banque de votre entreprise est situ\u00e9e dans l'Espace \u00e9conomique europ\u00e9en (EEE).<\/li><li>Si la banque\/carte du client est situ\u00e9e dans l'EEE.<\/li><li>Si les paiements par carte sont effectu\u00e9s sur Internet.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Exemptions au titre de l'ACS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici quelques cas o\u00f9 le SCA n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Transactions \u00e0 l'initiative du commer\u00e7ant<\/strong> \u2013 Payments made with saved cards.<\/li><li><strong>Correction des transactions r\u00e9currentes et des abonnements<\/strong> \u2013 As long as the payment amount remains the same (as is typical in a membership site), future transactions will not need SCA. If the payment amount changes, then the extra SCA authentication will be necessary.<\/li><li><strong>Transactions inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 30 euros<\/strong> \u2013 Stay under \u20ac30 and you will be exempt, unless five or more payments under \u20ac30 are made, or if a number of lower payments total more than \u20ac100.<\/li><li><strong>Paiements par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone<\/strong> \u2013 If you collect a customer's card information over the phone, it could be an exemption to SCA and will not require authentication.<\/li><li><strong>Paiements aux entreprises<\/strong> \u2013 Payments between two corporate companies directly are exempt from SCA ONLY IF the method is a dedicated B2B method, such as a corporate purchasing system.<\/li><li><strong>Transferts de cr\u00e9dits<\/strong> \u2013  Transfers made between a current account to a savings account at the same bank that is controlled by the same person.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Le processus<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque vous cr\u00e9ez un abonnement de l'UE \u00e0 l'UE, le client devra remplir un formulaire de connexion 3D Secure 2, qui sera mis en place cette ann\u00e9e. First of all, if you're using MemberPress then you don't need to do anything \u2014 you'll be SCA compliant just by upgrading to MemberPress 1.6.0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, si vous craignez une baisse des taux de conversion, la bonne nouvelle est qu'ils ne devraient pas \u00eatre trop affect\u00e9s non plus.
