Mais il s'est av\u00e9r\u00e9 que la cr\u00e9ation du site d'adh\u00e9sion \u00e9tait la partie la plus facile. La partie la plus difficile a \u00e9t\u00e9 de lancer et de d\u00e9velopper le site, de faire face \u00e0 de gros joueurs disposant de budgets consid\u00e9rables, de maintenir l'engagement de mes membres et d'en recruter de nouveaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au cours des 17 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, j'ai commis de nombreuses erreurs, mais j'ai aussi beaucoup appris. J'ai \u00e9t\u00e9 coach\u00e9 par de nombreux autres propri\u00e9taires de sites d'affiliation et j'ai travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 leurs c\u00f4t\u00e9s, et j'ai r\u00e9sum\u00e9 ce qu'ils semblent tous avoir en commun. Avant de lire ces mots, j'\u00e9tais en train de me tuer \u00e0 petit feu. Ma sant\u00e9 en a souffert, tout comme ma vie de famille et mes amiti\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La plupart des cr\u00e9ateurs de sites web d'adh\u00e9sion (appelons-les <em>propri\u00e9taires de petites entreprises<\/em>) ne peuvent pas laisser tomber les t\u00e2ches parce que les autres continuent \u00e0 faire des erreurs, ce qui entra\u00eene encore plus de travail \u00e0 long terme. Demandez \u00e0 mon ing\u00e9nieur en climatisation qui a d\u00fb travailler tout le week-end pour r\u00e9parer les erreurs commises par l'un de ses employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alors, comment pouvons-nous abandonner des t\u00e2ches sans que cela ne se produise ? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J'ai trouv\u00e9 la r\u00e9ponse dans le livre <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.emyth.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">L'E-Myth<\/a><\/em> de Michael Gerber. Il y explique comment r\u00e9diger des syst\u00e8mes et des proc\u00e9dures que d'autres peuvent suivre. La personne suit vos syst\u00e8mes et obtient les m\u00eames r\u00e9sultats. S'il se produit quelque chose qui n'est pas couvert par vos proc\u00e9dures (appelons-les \"manuel des op\u00e9rations\"), vous les compl\u00e9tez. Les hamburgers ne l'int\u00e9ressaient pas tant que cela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vos syst\u00e8mes peuvent \u00eatre des vid\u00e9os, des cahiers d'exercices, des pr\u00e9sentations PowerPoint ou tout ce que vous voulez. Tout ce qui sort des r\u00e9sultats habituels pour votre \u00e2ge peut d\u00e9clencher un signal d'alarme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00eame si vous avez l'impression que tout est normal, il se peut qu'un probl\u00e8me grave soit sur le point de se produire, ce que les lectures r\u00e9v\u00e9leront. Prenons l'exemple d'un ami en pleine forme qui s'entra\u00eenait \u00e0 la lutte en cage. Il tombait constamment malade, avec des rhumes. Lors d'une visite chez le m\u00e9decin, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 transport\u00e9 d'urgence \u00e0 l'h\u00f4pital pour un probl\u00e8me cardiaque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il en va de m\u00eame pour votre site web d'adh\u00e9sion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your site's vital statistics include the number of website visitors, email newsletter sign-ups, new joiners, expiring members, cancellations, etc. As time goes on, you'll get a baseline of what's \u201cnormal\u201d. Google sheets let you easily create graphs and pie charts so you can see it all visually. Par exemple, j'\u00e9tudie actuellement de nouvelles id\u00e9es de marketing et de r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement. Les principes fondamentaux du marketing ne changent jamais, mais la mani\u00e8re dont nous commercialisons nos entreprises, en particulier en ligne, semble \u00e9voluer chaque semaine. Ils r\u00e9pondent aux messages des forums, publient des vid\u00e9os utiles, r\u00e9pondent aux courriels et appellent personnellement les clients en cas de probl\u00e8me. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le fait d'aider les autres vous revient tr\u00e8s souvent et renforce la confiance et la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 de vos clients et de vos clients potentiels. Si vous avez du personnel, il imitera votre comportement et cherchera lui aussi \u00e0 aider les autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aider les autres, c'est notamment rechercher une situation gagnant-gagnant dans chaque situation. Si vous n'y parvenez pas, essayez d'obtenir un r\u00e9sultat gagnant-perdant en faveur de votre client. Si l'un de vos produits arrive endommag\u00e9, envoyez-en un autre.
