A p\u00e1gina Assinaturas no MemberPress divide as assinaturas de seus membros em duas guias:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Recorrente<\/strong> \u2013 para todas as assinaturas recorrentes automaticamente<\/li>\n
  2. N\u00e3o recorrente<\/strong> \u2013 para todas as assinaturas do tipo \u00fanico<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Clique em cada guia para visualizar todas as assinaturas em seu site associadas a esse tipo de assinatura.<\/p>\n

    Para personalizar o que voc\u00ea v\u00ea em ambas as guias, use as Op\u00e7\u00f5es de tela encontradas na parte superior da p\u00e1gina:<\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

    Dica: <\/b>Use the Pagination option (as shown above) to enter in how many subscriptions you\u2019d like to show per-page. This will allow you to see more subscriptions per-page and avoid scrolling through pages of subscriptions.<\/p>\n

    Adicionar novo<\/em> Bot\u00e3o<\/h2>\n

    Na parte superior da p\u00e1gina MemberPress > Assinaturas, voc\u00ea ver\u00e1 um
    \nAdicionar novo <\/em>bot\u00e3o. Voc\u00ea pode usar esse bot\u00e3o para criar manualmente uma assinatura. Observa\u00e7\u00e3o: <\/strong>Isso N\u00c3O criar\u00e1 uma assinatura no n\u00edvel do gateway (por exemplo, PayPal, Stripe, etc.). Portanto, voc\u00ea s\u00f3 deve usar essa op\u00e7\u00e3o para adicionar manualmente uma assinatura que atualmente<\/em>\u00a0existe no gateway.     Op\u00e7\u00f5es de filtro<\/h2>\n

    You can use the \u2018Filter by\u2019 option to filter the subscriptions page to show you any needed information. You can filter by Membership type, Status type, and Gateway used. Simply use the drop downs to select what you are looking for, then click the \u2018Go\u2019 button to initiate the filter. Filters are reset when clicking out of the Subscriptions page in your browser\u2019s tab.<\/p>\n

    You can also click each column header to sort the Subscriptions based on like items. For example, click Gateway to sort by gateway, or Membership to sort by the Membership\u2019s of your Subscriptions. Subscriptions default to display the most recent\u00a0by Created On date\u00a0at the very top of the list down to the oldest.<\/p>\n

    Op\u00e7\u00f5es de pesquisa<\/h2>\n

    Use the search box to search for anything on the Subscriptions page. Use the \u2018by Field\u2019 option to select what you are searching for. The search options available are: Subscription (meaning the Subscription ID given by the gateway), Username, Email, ID, or Any. For accuracy, be sure to carefully enter what you are searching for in the search box without any spaces before or after the entry.<\/p>\n

Hovering over this field will reveal the following options:<\/p>\n

    Pausa \u2013<\/em>\u00a0Use para cancelar a assinatura (evitando assim cobran\u00e7as futuras \u2013 que podem ser retomadas posteriormente) no n\u00edvel do gateway. S\u00f3 funcionar\u00e1 corretamente se voc\u00ea tiver seu gateway configurado corretamente.<\/p>\n

    Cancelar \u2013<\/em> Use para cancelar a assinatura (evitando assim cobran\u00e7as futuras que n\u00e3o possam ser reiniciadas sem novo registro) no n\u00edvel do gateway. S\u00f3 funcionar\u00e1 adequadamente se o gateway estiver configurado corretamente.<\/p>\n

    Excluir \u2013<\/em>\u00a0Use para excluir a assinatura. Isso N\u00c3O excluir\u00e1 ou reembolsar\u00e1 nenhuma transa\u00e7\u00e3o, mas far\u00e1 com que o usu\u00e1rio perca o acesso ao seu conte\u00fado protegido.<\/p>\n

    Cobran\u00e7a autom\u00e1tica \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Mostra o status do pagamento recorrente. Pode ser selecionado e alterado com as op\u00e7\u00f5es: ativado, pendente, pausado ou interrompido. Ativada significa que a assinatura ser\u00e1 cobrada automaticamente, pendente significa que o MemberPress ainda est\u00e1 aguardando dados do gateway para ativar ou cancelar, pausada significa que a assinatura n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 cobrada automaticamente, mas pode ser retomada, e interrompida significa que a assinatura n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 cobrada automaticamente.\u00a0Observa\u00e7\u00e3o importante: definir a cobran\u00e7a autom\u00e1tica como \u201cInterrompida\u201d N\u00c3O impede que o cliente seja cobrado. Isso \u00e9 usado apenas para fins de teste e administra\u00e7\u00e3o. Para impedir que os clientes sejam cobrados novamente, voc\u00ea deve\u00a0<\/b>cancelar a assinatura<\/a>.<\/b><\/p>\n

    Expira em \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>This is the date that the subscription\u2019s next transaction will expire. If no new transaction is added, this will become the expiration date of the subscription.<\/p>\n
