Mas acabou que criar o site de associa\u00e7\u00e3o foi a parte f\u00e1cil. Lan\u00e7ar e depois expandir o site, enfrentar grandes empresas com or\u00e7amentos enormes, manter meus membros envolvidos e atrair novos membros foi a parte dif\u00edcil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos \u00faltimos 17 anos, cometi muitos erros, mas tamb\u00e9m aprendi muito. Fui treinado e trabalhei ao lado de muitos outros propriet\u00e1rios de sites de associa\u00e7\u00e3o e resumi o que todos eles parecem ter em comum. Antes de ler essas palavras, eu estava me matando lentamente. Durante o primeiro ano em que estive no neg\u00f3cio, trabalhei 12 horas por dia sem um \u00fanico dia de folga. Minha sa\u00fade foi prejudicada, assim como minha vida familiar e minhas amizades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A maioria dos criadores de sites de associa\u00e7\u00e3o (vamos nos chamar de <em>propriet\u00e1rios de pequenas empresas<\/em>) n\u00e3o consegue deixar de lado as tarefas porque os outros continuam bagun\u00e7ando tudo, dando ainda mais trabalho no longo prazo. Basta perguntar ao meu engenheiro de ar condicionado que teve de trabalhar o fim de semana inteiro para consertar erros cometidos por um de seus funcion\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ent\u00e3o, como podemos deixar de lado as tarefas sem que isso aconte\u00e7a? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Encontrei a resposta no livro <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.emyth.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">O E-mito<\/a><\/em> de Michael Gerber. Nele, ele explica como escrever sistemas e procedimentos para serem seguidos por outras pessoas. A pessoa segue seus sistemas e obt\u00e9m os mesmos resultados. Se acontecer algo que n\u00e3o esteja contemplado em seus procedimentos (vamos cham\u00e1-lo de manual de opera\u00e7\u00f5es), voc\u00ea os complementa. Se uma pessoa violar esses procedimentos, voc\u00ea poder\u00e1 indicar o manual ou tomar as medidas adequadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um manual de opera\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 a maneira pela qual o McDonald's pode contratar adolescentes sem nenhuma experi\u00eancia anterior e produzir sempre o mesmo produto. Ray Crock comprou o sistema dos irm\u00e3os McDonald. Ele n\u00e3o estava t\u00e3o interessado nos hamb\u00fargueres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seus sistemas podem ser v\u00eddeos, pastas de trabalho, apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es em PowerPoint ou o que voc\u00ea quiser. Qualquer coisa fora dos resultados usuais para sua idade pode levantar uma bandeira vermelha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mesmo que tudo pare\u00e7a normal para voc\u00ea, pode haver um problema s\u00e9rio prestes a ocorrer, que as leituras revelar\u00e3o. Veja o exemplo do meu amigo super em forma que era um lutador de cage treinado. Ele sempre ficava doente com resfriados. Uma visita ao m\u00e9dico fez com que ele fosse levado \u00e0s pressas para o hospital com um problema card\u00edaco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O mesmo vale para seu site de associa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your site's vital statistics include the number of website visitors, email newsletter sign-ups, new joiners, expiring members, cancellations, etc. As time goes on, you'll get a baseline of what's \u201cnormal\u201d. Google sheets let you easily create graphs and pie charts so you can see it all visually.
