1. Rooms: Group Conversations That Run Themselves
Quartos are group chat spaces where multiple members communicate in real time. ClubConnect™ creates them automatically based on the structure you've already built.
Set up a new CoachKit™ group? A room appears.
Publish a new Circle? A room appears.
Add a ClubDirectory™ and enable auto-create? Rooms appear for that too.
Every room is labeled with its source (“Group,” “Circle,” or “Directory”) so members always know the context they're in.
For sites that were already running before ClubConnect™ was installed, there's a one-click Salas de sincronização button that creates rooms for all your existing Circles and Directories without touching any existing messages.
2. Private Messages: One-on-One, On Your Site
Alongside group Rooms, members can send private messages directly to each other.
Members can start private messages with anyone in a Circle, Directory or Coaching Cohort that they're a part of.
When they visit [yoursite.com]/connect/, they'll automatically see all the rooms they have access to.
To message someone directly, click on one of the rooms, click # Participants at the top of the chat caixa, and click on the name of the person you want to start a conversation with.
You control whether direct messages are available at all from Dashboard > ClubSuite™ > Settings > Connect tab. If you want to keep things group-only, turn the setting off and the participant list becomes view-only.
3. File Sharing, @ Mentions, and Emoji Reactions
We built ClubConnect™ to create a rich interactive experience for your community. Here's what you can do from the chat window besides sending text:
- File sharing: Attach MP3s, MP4s, PDFs, and common document formats directly to messages. Drag-and-drop upload works out of the box, and file size displays alongside every attachment.
- @ Mentions: Tag any participant in a room to surface your message and send them a notification. Useful for coaching check-ins, community announcements, or just making sure the right person sees something.
- Emoji reactions: Members can react to messages without cluttering the thread with reply messages.
4. Search, Labels, and Email Notifications
As your community grows, finding the right conversation gets harder. ClubConnect™ includes a search box that filters across all rooms and direct message threads at once.

Setting Up ClubConnect™
Getting ClubConnect™ running takes just a few minutes:
- Make sure you're on the MemberPress Plano de escala.
- Instale e ative o ClubConnect™ add-on from your MemberPress account dashboard.

Frequently Asked Questions About ClubConnect™
Members can still use group rooms; they just can't initiate one-on-one conversations.
Files upload via drag-and-drop, and each attachment shows its file size inline. You can configure file type permissions and upload size limits from the ClubConnect™ settings screen.
