MemberPress Adds GetResponse Integration

MemberPress now includes support for integrating with the popular email auto-responder GetResponse.

This integration works almost exactly like our existing MailChimp integration.

This feature enables you to:

1. Connect MemberPress to your GetResponse Pro account (you'll need an API key from GetResponse, and that's only available to customers who have subscribed to their premium accounts)
2. Select from the campaigns you've created on GetResponse to sign people up for at registration
3. Optionally add an opt-in checkbox to your MemberPress registration forms
4. Specify a unique GetResponse campaign for each product you create
