We've put together an extensive Knowledgebase for MemberPress. This Knowledge Base covers topics to help you get started, figure out how to use MemberPress's more advanced features and to troubleshoot issues if they arise. Most of the time if you need help the Knowledge Base should be able to at least point you in the right direction.

If you've purchased a MemberPress License and have an active Support License then you should have a username and password that will allow you to submit a support ticket at any time from our Premium Support Request page. When you submit such a support ticket you can expect a response within 1-2 business days. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday US Mountain Timezone (excluding standard US Holidays).
