Why is no “Complete” transaction recorded in MemberPress after the customer has paid?

If you’ve verified that your customer’s payment went through at the gateway, but you’re not seeing any completed record of that on MemberPress’ Transactions page, it could indicate a communication issue between MemberPress and your gateway. Most of the time the solution is to copy your IPN URL (PayPal), Webhook URL (Stripe), or MD5 Hash & Silent Post URL (Authorize.net) from MemberPress and paste it into your gateway account settings.
