Customer paid, but no “Complete” Transaction is recorded in MemberPress?

If you’ve verified that your customer’s payment went through at the gateway, but you’re not seeing any completed record of that in MemberPress’ Transactions page, then this could indicate that there is a communication issue between MemberPress and your gateway. Most of the time the solution is to copy your IPN URL (PayPal), Webhook URL (Stripe), or MD5 Hash & Silent Post URL (Authorize.net) from MemberPress and paste it into your gateway account settings.
