In MemberPress, you can edit any subscription that appears on the MemberPress > Subscriptions page. Reasons why you would want to do this could include:
- You incorrectly imported a Subscription and need to fix it.
- There was an issue with the gateway connection that prevented the subscription being setup with the correct gateway ID or other data. In this case you are seeing a subscription ID that looks like
mp-sub-xxxxxxxxxxx
. - You would like to manually move a current subscription and the access paid, to another user (original user will still be billed unless the new user updates their payment info on that subscription through their account page).
- Etc.
How you go about editing the subscription depends on the subscription type.
