Smart Banner feature requirements define configurations for prompting mobile website visitors to access the native mobile application.

Mobile visitor detection identifies users accessing the website from mobile devices, enabling targeted banner display. Banner appears only to mobile users without desktop visitor interruption.

Download prompting encourages app installation for visitors without the app installed on their device. Download links direct users to the appropriate app store for the platform.

Obtaining Google Application ID

1. Visit your app listing on the Google Play Store.
   
2. Copy the value after id= in the URL (e.g., com.ball.ribbon).

Configuring Apple Smart Banner

1. Go to Dashboard > MP App > Configure > iOS Settings.

2. Scroll to App Information.
3. Paste your Apple App ID into the designated field.

4. Click Save Changes.

Configuring Android Smart Banner

1. Go to Dashboard > MP App > Configure > Android Settings.

2. Confirm your Application ID is listed under App Configuration.
3. Ensure the box I have registered this Application ID in Google Developer Account is checked.
4. Click Save Changes.

Enabling Smart Banner

Smart Banner enablement activates banner display for mobile website visitors on configured platforms.

1. Go to Dashboard > MP App > Settings > Smart Banner.

2. Check Enable on iOS and/or Enable on Android.
