No Login Page?
If you are not seeing the MemberPress login page in your WordPress > Pages section in your WordPress Dashboard, then you likely need to create it still. To do so, go to the MemberPress > Settings > Pages tab > Reserved Pages, and make sure that you see “- Auto Create New page – ” for the “MemberPress Login Page*:” option, then click the “Update Options” button at the bottom of the page. This will then auto create a login page you can use and edit.
To learn more about how to use the MemberPress Login page, please see this help article.
To learn how you can create a login menu item for your users, please see the first section on this page.
No Login Form?
If you are visiting your login page, but cannot see the form and/or are being redirected to another page, then it is likely because you are logged in. It is a function of WordPress to only show the login form to users who are NOT logged in. If you are logged in as admin for example, then if you visit the login page, you will be redirected to another page, usually your home page.
To see what the login page will look like for your non-logged in users, please visit the login page while logged out as your admin or simply in another browser or incognito window.
If you have checked that you are not logged in and are still not seeing the login form, please submit a support ticket.
