We are not sure what is causing it and cannot reproduce it on our end. If you are willing to give our support team admin access to your site so that we can investigate – please contact our support team (click the “Get Help” button on the bottom right). If not you can try the steps below which should resolve the issue.
1. Got to MemberPress->Rules
2. Click the “Add New” button at the top of the page
3. Click the “Publish” button
4. You will get errors for missing fields, but that is okay.
5. Check to see if the site is working properly
6. If the rule is saved, you can delete it now.
