You can give your members the power to schedule, pause, and resume their subscriptions according to rules you create.

Set up member notifications – construct email templates that MemberPress will send to your member when (1) their scheduled pause begins, and (2) when it resumes.
Determine the maximum number of pause days – set a maximum number of days (duration) that your members can pause a subscription.
Limit the number of pauses per month – limit the number of times a member can schedule a subscription pause within a given month.
Set manual pauses – as an admin, you manage subscriptions with no limitations.
See a pause log – including all scheduled pauses.

Note: This plugin works with PayPal, Stripe, or any other payment processor, as long as your member signs up through the native MemberPress checkout form.
