You can purchase MemberPress-related products by buying subscriptions. Since MemberPress-related products aren't available as a free version or with a trial period, we offer a 14-day Refund Policy.
This document explains the MemberPress 14-day Refund Policy, requesting refunds, and using MemberPress past the refund period.
MemberPress 14-day Refund Policy
The MemberPress 14-day Refund Policy allows you to test MemberPress features and ensure the products fit your requirements:
- The 14-day refund period starts immediately when you subscribe
- If the product is not a good fit, you're guaranteed a 100% refund if requested within 14 days.
- This is a “no questions asked” guarantee.
- Refunds are available once per product only
- MemberPress's 14-day Refund Policy applies to new subscriptions only.
Refund Policy for New Subscriptions
When you subscribe to MemberPress for the first time, your MemberPress account and subscription will be automatically created. Also, your 14-day Refund Policy period will start at the moment you subscribe under the following conditions:
- Days 1-14: Full refund available
- Day 15+: No refunds issued
- You must submit your refund request not later than 24 (business) hours after the 14-day period ends.
- You can request a refund at any time during the refund period.
- The subscription refunds are issued for the total subscription amount.
- Refunds go to the original payment method only.
- The same payment gateway you used to register (Stripe/PayPal) will handle the refund.
- The refund will be returned exclusively to the same account/card from which the purchase was made.
- While some refunds are processed instantly, most take 5-10 business days to appear on your account. This is standard banking processing time and is not controlled by MemberPress.

Using MemberPress Past The Refund Period And Renewals
If you find that MemberPress is the right product, simply continue using it past the refund period.
All MemberPress subscriptions are billed annually. Hence, your MemberPress subscription will renew automatically every year, extending your license indefinitely.
Keep in mind that no refunds are given for renewal charges:
- Once your membership renews, that payment is final.
- You will receive an email reminder about upcoming renewals every year before the renewal date. This will give you enough time to make arrangements in time or to make adjustments as needed.
- You can cancel your MemberPress subscription anytime before the renewal date in your account.
Canceling your subscription anytime after renewal or past the initial 14-day refund period will prevent future charges.
This won't affect your current billing period (initial or renewed subscription) or the use of the MemberPress plugin or add-ons. You keep access until your current billing period ends and your subscription expires.
