Different payment methods require different payment gateways. That means you'll need to set up any gateways you'd like to use.

Customize payment method per membership
MemberPress also makes it easy to customize your payment methods on a per-membership basis through the Membership Options feature.
Checking the Customize Payment Methods option reveals a list of all your connected gateways and allows you to disable or activate any for a particular membership.
Just check those options you'd like to be available during registration. If an option is unchecked, it won't be shown on the registration page. You can also drag and drop from the checked gateways to select their order. The option at the top of the list will be the “selected by default” option for your users.
