Churn Buster is a failed payment recovery service that connects to your Stripe.com account. It takes over email automation in an attempt to recover a user whose payments are failing because their credit card has expired. You can use this link to sign up for Churn Buster.
MemberPress typically recommends that you configure Stripe so that a member’s subscription is canceled automatically after the last failed retry attempt. However, that setup will interfere with Churn Buster. Instead, you’ll want to follow Churn Buster’s recommendations here.
If you still want your members’ subscriptions to cancel automatically after Churn Buster has failed to recover them, please contact Churn Buster support, and ask them to enable that setting for you.
