Heroic Inbox

Heroic Inbox is a shared inbox and help desk that runs inside your WordPress dashboard. Its MemberPress integration matches the person emailing you to their member account, so your team can answer access and billing questions without opening a second tab.

A summary card beside every conversation tells you who you’re talking to: their name, when they registered, how many active memberships they hold, their lifetime transaction count, and their total spend. An alerts row flags the things that actually change your answer — a failed payment, a refund, a canceled, suspended, or expired subscription, an active trial or grace period, or a card that expires before the next renewal.

Tabbed panels give you the rest on demand: active memberships, recent subscriptions with status, next billing date and gateway, and recent transactions with status, amount, and type. Every row deep links into MemberPress, pre-filtered by the member’s email, so you stay in the inbox to reply and jump into MemberPress only when you need to make a change.

The integration ships with the Heroic Inbox Pro plan. Update to Heroic Inbox 3.9.0 or later with MemberPress active on the same site, and the panel appears on member tickets by itself — there’s nothing to configure, and you can switch it off for any mailbox that doesn’t need it.
